Anchoring in Heavy Conditions

Storm Anchoring in general, the more wind the more warp - or chain if you're using an all chain system. The guidelines shown here have been compiled by the manufacturers of Manson Anchors to encourage safe and secure anchoring practices.

In storm conditions please use appropriate storm anchors when at sea and Manson advises using secondary and tertiary anchors in serious weather conditions off land.
